Wagyu - Wagyu were initially introduced to Japan to help cultivate rice during the 2nd century.

The meat from Wagyu cattle is known worldwide for its marbling characteristics, increased eating quality through a naturally enhanced flavor, tenderness and juiciness, and thus a high market value.

Toro - Toro is the term for the fatty part of the tuna, found in the belly portion of the fish. Toro is further broken up into two distinct subtypes: Chutoro and Otoro and they are more expensive due to their relative scarcity as a proportion of the entire fish.
