The laughter yoga has immense benefits on the physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual level and is one of the easiest and economical ways to prevent and heal stress.
Laughter yoga was created by an Indian doctor, Dr. Madan Kataria, in 1995. It is a technique based on yoga with principal aim of stimulating laughter through various types of exercises.
Each laughter yoga session is different depending on the necessity of a group. It starts with
an ice-breaker game to build confidence, then some simulated laughter exercises. Guests will speak in Gibberish (a language which makes no sense) interspersed with breathing exercises and stretching. There are 3 parts: exercises of laughter yoga, meditation of laughter yoga and guided relaxation.
